Global customer experience leader Concentrix has announced the expansion of its flagship site in Dubai, strengthening its presence in the region and introducing new technology designed to enhance client engagement. The upgraded facility includes advanced demo zones, consultation rooms, and immersive workshops, giving businesses hands-on access to the latest innovations in customer experience solutions.

As part of the expansion, Concentrix unveiled new AI-driven features within its Intelligent Experience (iX) platform, iX Hero™. Key enhancements such as Harmony, which refines speech clarity, and Clarity, which filters background noise, are set to significantly improve communication quality. These solutions are aimed at optimising every stage of customer interaction, helping businesses deliver faster, clearer, and more engaging services.

According to the company, organisations adopting these tools have reported up to 80 percent faster task completion, a 20 to 40 percent rise in customer satisfaction, and higher overall output. With Dubai serving as a strategic hub, Concentrix’s latest move highlights its commitment to shaping the future of customer experience in the Middle East through AI innovation and collaborative client solutions.
