What keeps Elizabeth Olsen grounded? Elizabeth Olsen claims that keeping a daily notebook keeps her composed and concentrated. At the November 5 screening of her new movie Eternity in Los Angeles, the 36-year-old actress revealed her wellness secret. Sometimes it’s merely yesterday’s events. Occasionally, it has to do with what I’m reading. Occasionally, it has to do with work. She said to People, “It’s kind of everything.” The WandaVision actress, who went to the event with her spouse Robbie Arnett, said that she has continued the practice for the past three years. She clarified, “It’s just a way to slow everything down.” “When you start writing by hand, your thoughts slow down.”
Olsen continues by saying that journaling frequently aids in her creative process. She remarked, “I have three different journals.” “I keep a separate work journal for character development. Additionally, I occasionally have to translate entries from my personal journal to my work journal. In David Freyne’s film Eternity, Olsen portrays Joan, a woman torn between two afterlife incarnations: one with her first spouse (Callum Turner) and another with her second (Miles Teller). Olsen stated that creating the movie made her think “of the relationships we have with people and how they continue.” She was prompted to consider how “the people in your life that maybe you haven’t seen in 15 years” relate to the person you’ve grown into.
On November 26, Eternity arrives in theaters.
