Robert Pattinson discussed his future with the franchise, while Jennifer Lawrence discussed her past with “Twilight.” Jennifer Lawrence has been talking candidly about an unexpected encounter with the Twilight realm. The actress and Robert Pattinson participated in a lie detector test in a recent Vanity Fair episode where they discussed their early Hollywood experiences, including the roles that either formed or nearly shaped their careers. Lawrence told the father-of-one that she had previously tried out for Twilight, but the role ultimately went to Kristen Stewart, Pattinson’s ex.
In response to the actor’s question about if she ever wished things had turned out differently, she chuckled and clarified that she didn’t, portraying the audition as merely a little incident in the lengthy journey that brought her to fame. However, Pattinson, whose portrayal of Edward Cullen catapulted him into international stardom, revealed that he is still willing to rejoin the franchise. When asked if he would work on another Twilight movie, he replied, “Oh yeah, for sure,” adding that he enjoys taking on parts that younger actors might not normally do. In the same conversation, Lawrence declared that Khloe Kardashian is her favorite member of the Kardashian-Jenner family, while Kourtney is “the most annoying one.”
