According to him, their history endures as a source of honor and pride for both their families and the country.
Sheikh Mohamed emphasized that fulfilling the call of duty in all areas of national service is a holy duty in his remark on Commemoration Day, which is celebrated on November 30 every year. The most important way to honor the country’s heroes, he continued, is to continue working together to advance the UAE’s strength, progress, and leadership in the world for present and future generations. “November 30 is a proud national holiday on which we honor the memories of our courageous heroes who sacrificed their lives for the United Arab Emirates, exhibiting the highest spirit of sacrifice in defense of our homeland and the great values and principles it represents. Their families and their nation will always cherish the honorable legacy they leave behind. On this day, we proudly and gratefully honor a notable group of our country’s youth, whose names and valiant acts are inscribed in the most illustrious periods of our history. They continue to serve as timeless examples of devotion and dedication. Future generations are still motivated by their sacrifices to work harder, have a purpose, and raise the UAE’s profile in all spheres of endeavor. Commemoration Day serves as a somber reminder that our cherished country deserves unending devotion.
It is an honor as well as an obligation to answer its call in every area of national service. Making the progress, solidarity, and pride of the UAE our common vision and beacon of hope is the best tribute we can give our dead heroes. We also honor the families of the heroes today, who have served as inspiring role models for courage, selflessness, and patriotism.
