UAE: Delivering essential relief supplies, the UAE’s eighth assistance plane touches down in Sri Lanka

The UAE’s most recent assistance flight delivers 1,080 food boxes to Sri Lanka. As part of the UAE’s ongoing airbridge, the eighth humanitarian relief aircraft delivering 1,080 food packs touched down in Colombo, Sri Lanka, today. With this, the UAE has provided more than 116 tonnes of relief supplies, including food, housing supplies, and logistical support, since the beginning of the response. The UAE reiterates its dedication to helping the amiable people of Sri Lanka and bolstering rescue, relief, and recovery efforts in the wake of the floods through its field personnel and ongoing airbridge.
