Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, the Committee Chair and Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations, presided over the meeting. The workshop, which was held at the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, featured ESC members from several government agencies in Dubai as well as Mishal Abdul Karim Julfar, Executive Director of the Corporation.

The main topics of discussion included parking facilities, entry and departure points, transportation routes to important tourist and event places, and crowd control at important celebration venues, particularly fireworks regions.
