Washington: US Vice President J.D. Vance’s wife, Usha Vance, has revealed that she is expecting their fourth child, who is expected in July. The announcement was made via a post on social media site X, which received congratulations from people of all political persuasions. Usha Vance said on X, “We’re very happy to share some exciting news.” “Our family is expanding!”

Additionally, Second Lady Usha Vance posted a message from her husband, Vice President J.D. Vance, confirming the news and disclosing that the pair is expecting a boy.A boy “We are thrilled to announce that Usha is expecting our fourth child, a boy,” says Vance’s statement. “Usha and the baby are doing great, and we can’t wait to see him in late July.” The Vice President also thanked the medical staff who helped the family during this time.

“We are especially appreciative of the military doctors who provide exceptional care for our family and the staff members who go above and beyond to make sure we can serve the country while having a wonderful life with our children during this exciting and hectic time.” Although a number of First Ladies have previously given birth while their spouses were in office, Usha Vance’s announcement makes her the first Second Lady in US history to do so. At the moment, J.D. Vance and Usha Vance (40) have three kids. The couple already has two sons, Ewan and Vivek, and one daughter, Mirabel. With the birth of their fourth child, their little family will grow even larger. Getting together at the law school Usha Vance’s parents immigrated from Andhra Pradesh, India, and she grew up in the working-class neighborhoods of San Diego, California. Her mother works as a molecular biologist, and her father is a mechanical engineer. In 2010, she joined a discussion group on “social decline in white America” at Yale Law School, where she met J.D. Vance.

Usha Vance established a prestigious legal career as a business attorney at Munger Tolles & Olson in San Francisco prior to her appointment as Second Lady. Prior to his accession to the US Supreme Court, she worked as a legal clerk for Brett Kavanaugh on the US Court of Appeals and Chief Justice John Roberts on the US Supreme Court.
