A brand-new winter-themed attraction features ice skating, games, and family entertainment. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan was present during the launch of Winterland Al Ain, a winter games event that will take place at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium through January 15, 2026. The event is a component of initiatives to increase the area’s alternatives for sports and entertainment. Winterland Al Ain, which offers a variety of winter-themed activities for all age groups, adds a new attraction to the city’s leisure scene. Ice skating, adventure games, and kid-friendly interactive areas are among the attractions.
Al Ain’s cultural identity is reflected in the venue’s sports and recreational amenities as well as locally themed eateries and cafés. Additionally, visitors can participate in cultural workshops and creative programs aimed at fostering children’s creativity and skill development. Sheikh Mohammed stated during his visit that community-based sports and leisure activities are crucial for enhancing quality of life. In keeping with the leadership’s aim for the country’s growth, he pointed out that these kinds of activities support family needs, foster healthy lives, and improve social ties.
Winterland Al Ain is a year-round destination
Plans to establish Al Ain as a year-round destination for family and community events are supported by this launch.
