The incident took place near the National Guard Hospital when the nurse, Tahani Al Anzi, noticed the victim lying motionless in the street while on her way to a café with her family.
Al Anzi quickly assessed the situation and found the man was not breathing and had no pulse. She immediately stabilized his head and neck and began performing chest compressions. The man briefly regained a pulse but collapsed again, prompting her to continue resuscitation until Red Crescent paramedics arrived and rushed him to the hospital.
