A UAE project seeks to assist families in the difficult winter months. In an effort to lessen the humanitarian effects of the current crisis, especially during the winter, Sharjah Charity International has prepared 6,000 assistance parcels to assist families in the Gaza Strip as part of the UAE’s Operation Gallant Knight 3. 2,370 food packs, 1,000 health kits, and 2,500 winter blankets are among the supplies that help meet basic requirements and shield vulnerable families from inclement weather.
The initiative, according to Abdullah Sultan bin Khadem, Executive Director of Sharjah Charity International, shows the organization’s dedication to supporting coordinated humanitarian operations and national relief programs during times of distress. More than 2,600 families are anticipated to benefit from a new relief shipment that will weigh 57 tonnes, he continued. Teams are striving to guarantee that aid is delivered quickly in accordance with well-defined humanitarian priorities. The public can still make donations using the association’s website, SMS, bank transfers, credit cards, smart displays, and electronic payment services like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, according to Bin Khadem.
He emphasized that donors’ donations are crucial to maintaining humanitarian operations, increasing aid coverage, and reaching the greatest number of people in need. He urged community members and benefactors to continue supporting the charity’s relief efforts.
