A star of “Stranger Things” reflects on “ten years” on the program

For five seasons, David Harbour portrays Jim Hopper in “Stranger Things.” For almost ten years, David Harbour has portrayed Jim Hopper on Stranger Things. He so reflects on his experience on the show as it draws to a close. He expresses emotion during the show’s L.A. debut, calling it “beautiful” and describing it as a bittersweet moment. “The fans, the people that love the show, what we’re trying to do this season, how we really want to pay it off, we really want to tell this story,” the actor stated to People.

“And then at the end of it, it’s like I just see all these people that I’ve loved and known so deeply for ten years, and we have to move on and let go,” he says. And life is like that. His comments follow a report that said Millie Bobby Brown, his co-star, accused him of harassing her on set. Despite their cordial meeting on the red carpet of the premiere, it appeared to be an attempt to allay rumors that the two were at odds following the harassment allegation. On November 26, Stranger Things season five, Vol. 1 will debut on Netflix.
