According to reports, a lady has sued Bad Bunny for $16 million, claiming that two of the international superstar’s songs featured her voice without her consent. Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera filed the complaint in Puerto Rico on Monday, January 5, according to Rolling Stone and Billboard. Rivera claims that without her permission, a vocal recording of her may be heard on Bad Bunny’s 2018 song “Solo de Mi” from his debut album X 100pre and again in “EoO” from his 2025 album Debí Tirar Más Fotos. “Mira, puñeta, no me quiten el perrero,” which roughly translates to “Listen, damn it, don’t take away my vibe,” is what Rivera says in the recording.

According to Rivera, Bad Bunny has played the audio during live performances and exploited it in relation to goods sales, so the phrase has grown to be strongly connected with him. The lady claims in the lawsuit that she was asked to record the line back in 2018 by the rapper’s longtime producer La Paciencia, whose true name is Roberto Rosado. She continued by saying that she never signed a contract and that she was not told the tape would be utilized for advertising or commercial purposes.

Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Martínez Ocasio, and his record label, Rimas Entertainment, are named in the case, which alleges that they violated her rights to privacy and publicity. Rivera is requesting damages of $16 million. According to reports, Bad Bunny and the label have been summoned to court to address the allegations in May.
