NADRA uses the Pak ID App to launch its appointment booking system.

This new system enables residents to make appointments for services at any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) nationwide, according to a social media post by NADRA. For expedited processing, NADRA advises citizens to attend at least ten minutes prior to their planned appointment time. By cutting wait times and enhancing crowd control, the appointment system is intended to improve operations at NADRA Registration Centers. The Pak ID app now makes it simple for individuals to schedule appointments from the convenience of their homes. Long lines and lengthy wait times have been a frequent problem at NADRA centers, where this new function is anticipated to greatly improve the customer experience.

A variety of services are already available through the Pak ID app, such as the ability to apply from home for new, renewed, or updated CNICs and NICOPs. To make things even easier for users, the app also allows online payments, document uploads, and biometric verification. In the meantime, NADRA introduced NADRA online fee payment, modernizing its online identification document fee payment mechanism. The goal of this step is to make it easier for citizens of Pakistan and other countries to pay fees using a variety of online cash payment platforms. Through the Pak ID mobile app, applicants can use Easypaisa, JazzCash, or e-Sahulat to pay for their various documents, such as Smart National Identity Cards (SNIC), Child Registration Certificates (CRC), and Family Registration Certificates (FRC).

Simple, easy to use, and secure, the NADRA online fee payment method ensures that applicants’ paperwork are sent to the designated address on time.
