PESHAWAR: At a High-Technology and Product Development Exhibition at the Chief Minister’s House, representatives of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) provincial government revealed an electric rickshaw created under the “KP Science Agenda.” Authorities claim that because electric rickshaws don’t produce pollution, this program encourages environmentally friendly transportation. Officials emphasized the financial advantages, claiming that the vehicles drastically save fuel consumption and maintenance expenses, potentially allowing drivers to make up to twice as much as those who operate traditional rickshaws. The exhibition featured high-tech initiatives from the province government, and participants were briefed on the production process and salient characteristics of the products on display. Several locally made technologies were on display at the event, including:
artificial skin to treat burns. PCR testing kits for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, and other conditions. Mining technology using liquid oxygen. surgical devices that are electronic. a system of electronic study cards for students. The main visitor at the exhibition was Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi. The provincial government is vigorously seeking cutting-edge technology in biomedicine and sophisticated materials, according to the chief minister. He underlined that these initiatives seek to boost economic expansion and encourage the technologically enhanced exploitation of natural resources. He continued by saying that the product showcase is a concrete example of the government’s commitment to promoting innovation-driven development and attaining self-reliance.
