Two-day gathering to increase preparedness and resilience in important areas The Emergencies, Crises and Disasters Management Centre – Abu Dhabi will host the Murona Forum 2026 in Abu Dhabi. This event will bring together a high-level group of local and international leaders and experts to discuss innovative approaches and best practices in emergency, crisis, and disaster management. The goal of @adcmc_ae’s two-day Murona Forum 2026 is to improve Abu Dhabi’s institutional resilience and readiness through best practices. It will begin on January 27.

In keeping with Abu Dhabi’s strategic targets for risk management and continuity planning, the forum seeks to improve the Emirate’s readiness and fortify institutional resilience across important sectors. Leading local and international case studies, keynote addresses, and panel discussions addressing new issues and solutions that are ready for the future throughout the emergency management ecosystem will all be part of the event’s extensive two-day schedule. The introduction of the Abu Dhabi Comprehensive Readiness Index, a new methodology intended to evaluate and improve readiness and response capacities across institutions and industries, will be a major feature of the forum.

In addition to seeing the signing of agreements of cooperation aimed at improving coordination and efficiency within the crisis and disaster management ecosystem, international speakers will discuss global perspectives and best practices. In order to improve Abu Dhabi’s overall resilience and emergency preparedness, the forum will also offer specialized networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center (ADCMC) hosts a yearly forum for Business Continuity and Alternative National Service-Murona (Resilience). The conference seeks to improve government and private sector organizations’ capacity to handle emergencies and natural catastrophes while maintaining essential services. Panel discussions, expert sessions, case studies from different organizations, and special programs centered around Alternative National Service are all included in the forum.

2026 is the current edition

• Dates: The Murona Forum 2026 will start on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and normally lasts for two days (January 27–28, 2026).

• The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management Center is the organizer.

• Participants: Leaders and specialists in crisis management and business continuity from both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates, as well as a broad spectrum of government organizations and businesses.
