Lewis Tan considers Shatterstar, his role in “Deadpool,” and his prospects inside the MCU. Lewis Tan portrays Shatterstar in the Deadpool films. Though the actor claims he wants his role to be expanded, his character only made a few appearances in the franchise. “Realistically, the best way to approach it would be similar to how they are approaching Channing Tatum’s character as Gambit,” he states, using Channing Tatum’s character as an example.
“You did a cameo, people liked it, and they are going to do a more fleshed out version of him in a more serious way,” the celebrity continues. He mentioned in an interview that it would be less humorous moving forward. I think we could use Shatterstar in a similar manner. “I have had cameos in both Deadpool and Deadpool & Wolverine, but they never really fleshed out that character much,” he continues. Lewis discusses his opinions on the comic book’s satirical fictitious world, Mojoworld, in other parts of the conversation. “Seeing Mojoworld would be pleasant. With AI and screen and social media habits, it’s quite relevant now,” he says.
“Mojoworld is that. They are obsessed with seeing people die on television, and that planet is essentially this enormous Mad Max universe. “They provide entertainment with these gladiator fights. Lewis says, “It’s a very timely topic that could be a cool world.”
