The UAE denounces the fatal assault on a police patrol in northwest Pakistan

The Ministry reiterated the UAE’s unwavering opposition to terrorism and all forms of violence. Abu Dhabi: Five security officers were killed in an armed attack on a police patrol in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which the UAE has strongly condemned. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the attack as a criminal act that goes against basic human principles and reiterated the UAE’s strong condemnation of all forms of violence and terrorism intended to undermine security and stability in a statement released on Tuesday. The ministry also conveyed the UAE’s sympathies and condolences to the Pakistani government and people, as well as the relatives of the victims.
