Abu Dhabi, November 11, 2025: His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, met with Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister of Kerala, and his accompanying delegation in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
The high-level dialogue explored expanding bilateral ties across key sectors, including investment, infrastructure, education, healthcare, technology, and the social welfare of the Malayali community in the UAE. Pinarayi highlighted the robust support the Kerala diaspora receives in the country and stressed the need to create new opportunities for collaboration.
Attendees included Ahmed Jasem Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Executive Council; and Maryam Eid Al Mheiri, Chairperson of Abu Dhabi Media Office.
The visit follows celebrations in Abu Dhabi marking the 70th anniversary of the formation of Kerala (Kerala Piravi), underlining the cultural and people-to-people links between the UAE and Kerala.
